Ordering

Some items will be in stock but mostly items are made to order. Production time is usually 2-3 weeks. Please contact me with any special requests for your item and if you would like to discuss shipping time.

Shipping

All items are shipped via USPS Priority or Express mail, signature required.

I currently ship only within the United States.

If your item requires sizing (some bracelets, almost all rings), I can send a sizer in the mail.  Your order will not be made until I have worked with you to determine the correct size.

Custom orders are not returnable. Please note that when rings and bracelets are made to your size, they are considered custom. All other non-custom items are returnable within 2 weeks from the date of purchase. Once item is received and is in new condition, a full refund (less shipping costs) will be issued.
